Driver's who have had their license suspended or revoked for DUI or drug offenses or underage possession of alcohol and/or drugs are required to attend a program that has been licensed and approved by the Department of Driver Services.
ASSESSMENTS
Assessments are the first of two steps of the program. An assessment is a 130 questionnaire about you and your lifestyle. By law, prior to enrollment, individuals must first take an assessment. The assessment takes about 30-40 minutes and the state regulated fee is $82.00. This fee must be paid at the time the assessment is given. Payment is accepted in cash, Money Order, Debit, Visa or Master Card. Assessments are given during regular business hours of 10.00 am until 5:00 pm. If you need an assessment before or after these hours please call ahead and we will make every effort to accommodate you needs.
DUI/RISK REDUCTION PROGRAM
After taking the assessment the individual will complete the required paperwork and then attend a 20 hour Risk Reduction Program at the location where the assessment was given. Please see our calendar page for class dates or call us at 478-755-8888. The student must attend Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm with an hour for lunch. The student will then return Monday and Tuesday night from 6:30 pm until 9:30 pm. By state regulation we cannot allow late entry to any sessions of the program. We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes early for each session. At the end of the class on Tuesday night you will receive a Certificate of Completion. The fee for the 20 hour program is 205.00 ($190.00 class fee and $15.00 materials fee). This fee is state regulated. The 20 hour course fee must be paid before the first day of class. The total for the complete DUI/Risk Reduction Program is 287.00 (82.00 assessment fee + 190.00 for the 20 hour course + 15.00 materials fee). We accept Cash, Money Order, Debit, Visa, or Master cards as payment.
